Turn event check-ins into certificates, sent for you.

Attendees scan a QR code and enter their name and email. After the event, Attendesk puts each name on your own certificate design and emails everyone a personalised PDF.

Sample artwork. Attendesk works with the certificate design you already have, as a PDF or JPEG.

Fits at full size.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Create your event

Set the date, timezone and check-in window, then download the event's QR code to print or put on screen.

  2. Step 2

Attendees check in on their phones

They scan the code and enter their name and email. No app or account needed, and each email checks in once per event.

  3. Step 3

Place the name on your certificate

Upload the design you already use as a PDF or JPEG, drag the name into place and download a real sample PDF.

  4. Step 4

Certificates go out after the event

Choose when to send. Every attendee gets their own PDF, and you can see what happened to each one.

Know where every certificate is

Sending a certificate isn't the same as it arriving. Attendesk shows what actually happened to each one, so you know exactly who to follow up with.

If something fails, you can fix the address and resend that one certificate without touching the rest.

Made for organisations that run events often

Training providers, professional associations, universities, healthcare educators and event teams.

Your design, untouched
Your PDF artwork stays exactly as it is. Attendesk only adds the name.
Names that fit
Try long, accented and hyphenated names before you send. Names shrink to fit, or get flagged if they can't.
No duplicate check-ins
If someone submits twice with the same email, they're still checked in once.
A workspace for your team
Invite colleagues as admins or event managers. Each organisation's events and attendees stay separate.
No double sends
If an email's outcome is unclear, Attendesk holds it for review instead of sending it again.
Usage you can see
See how many certificates you've sent and what's left in your plan before you schedule more.

Questions

Do attendees need an account?

No. They scan the QR code, enter their full name and email, and get a confirmation on screen. Their certificate arrives by email after the event.

Does a QR check-in prove someone was there in person?

No. It records that someone submitted the check-in form while check-in was open for your event. You decide when check-in opens and closes. Stronger on-site checks are planned.

What certificate files can I use?

A PDF (we use the first page) or a JPEG. Attendesk keeps your artwork as it is, adds the attendee's name where you place it, and sends a PDF.

When are certificates sent?

At the time you choose, in your event's timezone. Certificates can't be scheduled before the event ends.

What happens if an email doesn't arrive?

You'll see it marked as bounced or failed next to the attendee's name. You can correct the address and send it again.

Is our data kept separate from other organisations?

Yes. Each organisation has its own workspace, and people only see the workspaces they've been invited to.

We're opening Attendesk to a small group of organisations first

Tell us about the events you run and we'll set up a workspace for you. Plans and pricing will be published before Attendesk opens to everyone.
